Hello - welcome Chris.
Do you have any favorites recipes for using the herbs that you grow? A friend has recently recommended The Herbfarm Cookbook which I've been meaning to check out. Have you look at that by any chance?

hmmmm...well nothing like fresh mint to top off some nice braised lamb.

I just moved into a new home and was delighted to find some chives growing outside my back door, chives are just great for the little extra touch, garnish or some added flavour to potatos.

I would have to say that nothing tops some freshly picked cilantro or basil, both of which I intend on growing here. Cilantro is perfect tossed with some fresh fruits with a light meat such as salmon or swordfish. I love it also with some mango, apple, pineapple (anything really) come citrus and honey on top of a nice fat juicy poek chop

Cilantro and dill are the two herbs that I haven't had a lot of luck with... I've tried sunny spots, shady spots, and varying amounts of water but it really hasn't done so great.
