Hello fellow gardeners,
What would cause a web from branch to branch on a potted grapefruit out on the deck in South Carolina? They are sort of tannish with white cotton-like stuff inside. Date is May 10,2008. Thanks in advance for your help. Regards, janetjam77 ![]() Last edited by janetjam77; 05-10-2008 at 08:32 AM. |

I'm not sure about pests in the area, but it sounds to me like maybe some sort of tent caterpillar?

Whatever it is, pull it off and burn it.
