When nature heals

Greetings, While I am new to this Forum;I am by no means new to Forums Internationally;I post in Jamaica Star's Forum under the heading of " health " using two topics " Herbalism a Way Of Life Religion? " and " When Nature Heals " which is the title that I have chosen for this Forum as well.

I am a Fourth Generation Herbalist and as such I have learned over the years how to regulate " Inflammation ", to those whom might ask the question " doesn't the human body make inflammation ? the answer is simply put " Yes ",
however, due to the job description ( for a lack of a better terminology ) in the human body of the inflammation is to attack any foreign entities to the body,ie Processed foods, Viruses, etc.etc. the end result being; the body makes up too much inflammation, and the areas in which the body has to store this inflammation, it is that area that the inflammation attacks; thus " Heart Problems " inflammation stored near the heart, " Arthritis " inflammation stored in the various joints etc. etc.therefore the assistance that I need on this Forum is being able to grow the necessary herbs especially those that one can only find every other year and those whose cycle is longer... I have not read any of the topics on this Forum to date, having just registered; I intend to do so during the next few days, and hopefully I will know who I need to address my questions to regarding the best procedure of curing during the various seasons, and the best approach of being to grow these herbs out of season..

Welcome - I would love it if you could recommend some plants for common ailments. I bet many gardeners are growing plants that can be useful in this way and probably aren't even aware of it. Your knowledge would be greatly appreciated!
