Gardening in the office

Hello, I am new here so I dont have any friends yet:confused But my major concern is inside the house and office enviorment, I have several plants in my office and I convinced some of my friends to keep plants in their office to improve the quality of the air in the office. Now I need your input in which plants are good for this. I can google that, but i want some people to share their experience with this. What kind of dirt or mixture should I use for the pots inside the office, what kind of fertilizer should I use, should I put worms in the pots? should I put drains holes in the pots?, Office plants have the tendency to dry faster. In other words share your experiences please. Thanks. GB

You can buy from your local garden store or farmers' market, or you can do your shopping online. Whichever you choose, make sure you get healthy-looking plants that are free of mold, rot and pests. This is easier to do if you can see the plants, of course, but many online stores will offer you a guarantee to offset the risk. If you have the budget you can try an office plants company.

Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure of having an office garden, but I do feel that they do a lot to take away from the stuffy fluorescent atmosphere of an office. I hate when they have plastic plants.

I have always heard that plants are good for clean air in the office and I do believe it but has anybody really been able to tell a difference walking into the office?
