Photo Posting and Photo Galleries! - Garden Plants and Gardening Forum

Hey folks, I've just added a photo upload and photo gallery module to the forum. You can get to it by clicking the "Gallery" link in the header.

When you upload a photo using the new module, it will present a bit of text that you can copy and paste into the forum called a BB Image Code. It will look something like:

HTML Code:

[url=http://www.thegrowspot.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=75&c=][img]http://www.thegrowspot.com/gallery/files/1/chicago3_thumb.jpg[/img][/url]

You can then copy and paste that bit of code right into your forum posts to include your uploaded images. We'll be working out the kinks in this over the next couple of days -- let us know how you like it!

Hey Folks, I'm still hearing about issues uploading photos: if you are still having issues, please try using an external site like Flickr or PhotoBucket. Here's a very good tutorial from another board on how to use PhotoBucket to add images to your posts.
