I love Seed Savers. Their website forum is awesome reading to get advice from people who have been veggie gardening for a long time and are eager to share their wealth of knowledge. Sooo excited to start garden planting this year. Now to visit the other website you linked to ..

You know, there are so many good gardening books and the funny thing is that you an get a good gardening book that doesn't necessarily push organic gardening
, but it might still have great tips in it. We are very good at accepting beginners here because we're very big on education. We do a lot of clinics a year. We have a big vegetable garden on site, so it's a touch and feel type of learning thing. There are other resources that are really like a lot. There's Organic Gardening magazine
, and anything that Rodale Press puts out is typically very good. There are so many books I could mention, like The Organic Gardener's Bible. So, I tell people to go to Rodale Press as far as a literature resource in organic gardening. Also, a weird place to find a lot of good organic gardening advice is indoor gardening books. Homeowners Insurance Quotes Evidence Discovery Services
Those authors know all about NPK and know the nutrients that plants need. When you're doing any type of green house gardening, especially hydroponics, you have to know the stuff very, very well. So, use books that are catered towards somebody who is doing indoor growing. They are very detailed and very technical. So if you're a beginner who wants to get a technical book on how to grow plants, then I would start with some of the indoor gardening books. They don't play around. They'll tell you directly, "Plants need these chemicals. Plants need carbon dioxide and this is how you get it into the plants."
