Hello,
Ok I know all this about apples and that once you take a seed it won't become like the old apple it was tooking from but I still want to grow my apple. I started with a seed and got that to grow about a year ago during the winter inside. I took it outside for the summer but not realizing that the rain did not get to it because the roof overhung it It grew very little. Well now it is winter again and it is back inside and is about 3 or so inches tall and growing again, I got some strong aquarium lights. I was wondering if it should be growing more. How long does it take to grow to a decent size. I know fruits dont vome for a while but the size is tiny now. It is in a 8 inch pot from the start of the soil.
should I give it fertilizer and is it growing slow?

P.S. I am trying to germinate kiwi seeds, PLanted some, put some in wet paper towel and put some in water in the fridge. Which way should work and how long do I wait for each?
