Gardening Coupons - Gardening Deals
Hey Folks, these are some gardening coupons and deals that I found when I signed us up for linkshare. We'll get a small percentage of the total for any purchases you make at these vendors :)

Let us know if you like doing business with these -- or other vendors, so we know who to promote or take off the site! Last edited by smgardener; 07-18-2008 at 04:47 PM. Reason: adding origins |

I have ordered some bushes from the Burgess plant and seed company and I was pleased. They have a large variety of bulbs and all sorts of plants and trees. They also have a basic starter bulb garden that they show you how to do. Just an idea for you all!
P.S. glad to be a new member of your group!

I've done business with Dutch Gardens in the past and have not been disappointed. Am thinking about ordering from them again. Maybe plant some around my fish pond.

Has anyone tried freecycle for free seeds? Its such a great site and it's a wonderful surprise if you aren't looking for anything specific.

I just picked up some more tomato plants for free from our freecycle- the wal-mart was tossing them and another lady took them and put them on the freecycle! Planted them in the front and they are doing ojkay so far. Not any I would have started from seed- early girl, best boy- but for free, you bet!
They are planted closer to the sidewalk, so if tomatoes are swiped, they'll swipe those or the yellow squash first! I don't mind - maybe if someone is hungry, they will find that a help to them. We always used to plant some extra on the farm, called a "gleaner's row" for anyone to take some of. |
