Talking Hope's Garden goes national!

It looks like Hope's Garden may be spreading across the U.S.! I am in California and I wrote the only children's picture book packaged with flower seeds! I think kids should enjoy gardening from a young age that's why I wrote Hope's Garden. It's nice to hear from so many adults who feel the same way. Today, I received a letter from Kat in Indiana. She wrote:
"It goes without saying we loved [Hope's Garden] from the start! The
kids couldn't believe seeds actually came with the book! It was such
good timing, too; we had just been talking about getting our little
garden started."
My reply to Kat is that I am so glad your children loved the book! My goal is to see a movement of children, such as yours, growing gardens and passing them on to future generations. To that end I'm trying to connect my book with community garden groups across the U.S. to increase the love of gardening in children. But personally, the fact that I touched your children's hearts makes me profoundly grateful.

For those of you who want to know a bit more about Hope's Garden; it's the story about a girl who receives flower seeds from her father. She plants them and with her patience, hard work, and her father's guidance, she grows a beautiful garden. When she grows up she continues the tradition with not only her children but with all kids so that they may grow gardens of their own. That's why each book comes with a packet of wildflower seeds. I don't think there's any other book that has that. If you want to learn more about the book, please check out Tri Valley Children's Publishing. I would love to hear from you.
