Meal Inspiration
![]() This article in the Los Angeles Times, "Meals inspired by the farmer's market," really explains my favorite way to cook. I'd love to say that I grow all the fruits and veggies that I need to cook, but really what I grow supplements what I buy every week from the farmer's market. It's so fun to stroll around the booths and get ideas about what to make... This mainly applies to urbanites I suppose, but in any case there are a couple of good recipes in this article. Anyone have other favorite recipes to share for their early harvest? |
